TEAM
Four Point Racing is the race team behind Chris Sutton and his co-driver, Hayley Hoffman. For the past two years, they have raced a 2003 Renault Clio Sport Ragnotti which was built to FIA standards in 2005 and won the 2007 British Rally Championship. Since Four Point Racing acquired the car in 2022, its uniqueness has turned heads everywhere it competes.
After a very successful season for Chris in 2022 with multiple successful races in Canada and the USA and winning the 2WD RallyX Championship in British Columbia, Chris and Hayley raced in the O2WD Western Canadian Rally Championship in 2023 and jointly won the championship in their class. They also competed in a number of races in the Pacific Northwest with a total of 7 podiums throughout the year.
2024 will see them stepping up a level to the Open 4WD class to race a new car that the team has purchased, a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Competition to compete in the Western USA Championship whilst also doing some homes races in Canada.
2024 SEASON
Once the 2024 season is underway please keep a look out for the team at races and come and say hello if you see them. The team will be competing in the Western US Championship which consists of 8 races which started in Los Angeles in December (complete and came 2nd in class), Raymond, WA in March, Shelton, WA in April, Portland, OR in May, Colorado in July, Arizona in September, Shelton, WA in October and Oregon again in November. The team will also likely be competing in Invemere, BC in June and in Merritt, BC in June. Please follow the Instagram account @chrissuttonrally to keep updated with location and progress!
